Last year I acquired an Apple IIe Platinum which was formerly a school computer, and came with a box of floppy disks from its former life as a classroom computer. Amongst these was a title that stood out to me - Sail Around Australia with Peter Blake & Apple. I have made an image of the disk and tested it using LinApple on Ubuntu.
The start screen shows "Sail around the world with Steinlager I" - "Steinlager I" was the name of of the super fast tri-maran Sir Peter Blake skippered to win the Around Australia yacht trace in the early 80s. With Steinlager being the brand of beer sponsoring the yacht, it is likely that they didn't want to use the name in software for school children.
